Full-Ice Structure
THE TRANSITION TO U11 FULL-ICE HOCKEY
- U11 is the golden age of skill development. This is the best window athletically to enhance a player’s skills for the rest of their hockey playing days.
- It is also the age when they can start retaining information as they transfer into gameplay and begin to understand the game at higher levels.
