As we prepare for the upcoming season, we want to share a few important updates regarding our organizational structure.

Prior to his resignation, our former Executive Director appointed John Spencer to the role of Director of Development. Following this, the Board conducted a review of our paid staff roles, acknowledging that Lloyd's role was all-encompassing. To create more focus for Community Engagement, the roles were restructured. John’s position is now the Director of Operations and Lloyd's position became Partnerships and Community Engagement Liaison. 

With the new role now vacant, we will be advertising for the role of Partnerships and Community Engagement Liaison. In the interim, responsibilities outlined in this role will be shared between John Spencer and Dara to ensure continuity in operations and ongoing support.

We are confident that this interim plan will support a smooth start to the season and maintain the high level of service our members expect. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to an exciting year ahead.
