Are you passionate about hockey and eager to make a positive impact behind the scenes? Moose Jaw Minor Hockey is seeking enthusiastic and engaged individuals to join our Members at Large Committee — a collaborative team dedicated to supporting the success of our organization and the experience of our players and families.

About the Role:

As a Member at Large, you will be part of a supportive think tank that helps shape the direction of MJMHA by:

• Reviewing and providing feedback on key documents, policies, and procedures to ensure clarity, transparency, and effective communication with our membership.
• Assisting with event support, such as volunteering at community events like our annual Pancake Breakfast, tournaments, and fundraisers.
• Providing insight and fresh perspectives on initiatives that enhance the hockey experience for players, coaches, and families.
• Serving as a liaison between the Board and general membership — helping us stay grounded in the needs of our community.
• Time Commitment:
• Flexible and manageable — involvement will vary depending on the season’s needs, but will include occasional meetings (virtual or in person) and event support.

Who Should Apply?

This is a great opportunity for parents, former players, or community members who want to get involved without taking on a full-time Board role. No previous Board or committee experience required — just a willingness to collaborate, communicate, and contribute.
