ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Attention: MJMHA MembershipThe Annual General Meeting for Moose Jaw Minor Hockey will be held on
Tuesday April 13, 2010
7:00pm
Macoun Lounge, SIAST Campus
All members are encouraged to attend and take part in the associations AGM. The meeting will cover reports from all directors in regards to their season, the board bring forward any notice of motions that are presented to them for a vote of the membership, elections of new directors will take place, and a question and answer session if time allows.
If you are are interested in volunteering for the board of directors please contact the office or fill out the following form and return it prior to the meeting, nominations will be taken from the floor during the elections, however we encourage the membership to send in the form in advance. This aids in seeing what areas we need to recruit. NOMINATION FORM Any changes to the MJMHA constitution need to be submitted to the Minor Hockey Office 14 day's prior to the AGM, below is a copy of the form to aid in the submission of any changes, as well a copy of the MJMHA Constitution. NOTICE OF MOTION FORM MJMHA CONSTITUTION All notice of motions will be published on the MJMHA Web site 7 day's prior to the AGM.
